Sorry, I have no small example. I tried using "ejb-link" and it
didn't work. A search of all sources for "ejb-link" showed no
results.
I think that the class that parses the ejb-jar.xml file is
org.jboss.metadata.ejbjar.EJBXMLReader. When looking in the
source for this class it looks like handling the "ejb-ref"
element and its children (including "ejb-link") is still a TODO.
Actually this is no big problem for me, but I think that fixing
is needed for EJB conformance.
