A understandeble order there ... mmm - I can not help thinking of a observer pattern design for the dependency and deploy order. Together with a interface registry layer ... a component could get a 'handle' to any other component either loaded or not - and/or configured ... components referencing a component that reloads, would continue to hold a valid reference throught the interface registry layer ...
