Definently... we have the ability to figure out this stuff without 
sorting or complicated deployment directory structures... we just need 
to finish it.

I still think this is a bad idea.  It is essentially forcing an 
arbitrarly complex deployment structures...

Short term to get around the missing deployment pieces might work, but 
there must be a better way...

Why don't we add dependecy information to jboss.xml files?  I am not 
sure how easy/hard that would be.
