I've noticed that several other JMS products and projects are now using the NIO library. I wonder if JBossMQ could be upgraded, at least as an option to use NIO? It's a JMX component so a NIO version should be pluggable(?) Maybe a good re-write will fix some of the issues.
There used to be a seperate mailing list and developer community when JBossMQ was called SpyderMQ. Does this list exist? Are any of the SpyderMQ developers still around? Is the JVM IL new? Thanks!
