Try minimal and then add, say, jbossweb-tomcat41.sar and see if that works. Better yet, add another IP address to your TCP/IP settings (advanced tab) and bind that to foobar or something in your /windoze/system32/drivers/etc/hosts file. Then start run.bat with -host foobar. If that works then you do have a port busy problem on localhost. To try that you will have to remove snmp-service.sar from your configuration (default for example).
