Sounds like an FAQ, or an entry in the install guide or user guide or
something.
I didn't put together that the problem I was having was related to the
XEmacs on Windows process goodness. My bad.

So I did a quick install of FSF Emacs on NT. I'll get it the way I like it
before too long I guess. Before I did that I did get everything to work
under XEmacs, but I'm assuming I'll hit something later.
