If I run a jabber
1.4 client and have <auth>somelocalservice</auth> is there any way
to extend that to allow for failover of service, if, say the first is
unavailable?
Example:
Lets say I run
authserv-ldap and authserv-database or something like that, both over
<accept> jabber connections.
I want to see
if
<auth>authserv-ldap</auth>
<auth>authserv-database</auth>
so that if authserv-ldap is down (i.e
disconnected, since it connects via accept) it fails over to authserv-database
before returning auth failed.
Is there any way to set this
up?
