Yes it really is - at least for the first few months of chatroom development (see http://uuhome.de/penski/persons.htm for some inspirations about the client-side Java applet.

The displayed chatroom version is a few years old and by now only "A.I." driven without any server-connection for real communication ;

the password for testing is "guest" - a username is currently not necessary .

perhaps these Patriot rockets and cruise missiles nowadays are Java driven ( one could try to ask www.raytheon.com ) and the guys there define

"J2ME" as "Java to Military edition" ;-) ?
