As all you may know, now the Indiana CD size could be a problem and G11N is also asked whether we can decrease l10n file sizes or not.

Currently we provide almost community messages in SUNWgnome-l10nmessages[document]-extra however if the /usr/lib/locale/$locale does not exist, users cannot setenv LANG $locale. If /usr/lib/locale/$locale does not exist and /usr/share/locale/$locale exist, users need to create the locales by themselves. The suggestion is based how many people want to create the locales on bootable CD, then probably we don't require the "-extrb" packages against the CD size. I have the two suggestions: - reduce l10n messages if possible as other distributors also done in the bootable CD. - separate rtl packages which we sometimes update without translation reviews. I agree "-extrb" is not a better name but I have no idea.
