These number comes from ff/tb extension xpi files. 
If you unzip tracker-firefox-history-xesam.xpi, line 8 of install.rdf
will be

Similar with thunderbird extension.

Yes, there are no patches for on those bug reports. I need tell the
story about it.

This patch can fix those bugs, but it is a kind of rude, forces trackerd
reindex & restart when those keys are changed. There are better ways to
fix them one by one. QE requested these bugs should be fixed before
integrate into vermillion. So we offer this patch for temporary using.
