Dang!  I'm still seeing all these symptoms.

   1. I'm getting an error, "
   https://sco...@github.com/jenkinsci/teamconcert-plugin.git: 
   git-receive-pack not permitted" using https, and
   2. "ssh://g...@github.com/jenkinsci/teamconcert-plugin.git: Auth fail" 
   using ssh.
   3.  I think I should have received an email from GitHub when I was added 
   to the repo, and I didn't receive one that day.
   4. Lastly, when I visit https://github.com/jenkinsci/teamconcert-pluginI 
just see a message "There is nothing to see here yet. Move along now."

Is it possible I still wasn't given commit access?
