1. are you 100% sure you have a Unity PRO license ?
2. is it a trial ? is your license registered ? See http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/42533-Unity-3d-Pro-Trial-Version
3. if you have a registered PRO license and if command line building works, please show me the command line that you use to build on that machine
