> are you running in a master/slave setup ?
No, just 1 machine without slave.
> are you running Jenkins as a special user ? How was jenkins installed ?
I used windows native package. However, i changed the user to be my log on user, not jenkins default (Local System).
> could you please compare the editor.log output when running from the command line and the one when running from jenkins ? It will be copied into the jenkins console. Also make sure that when running jenkins you find the editor.log in the same location (if jenkins runs as a different user, try running the command line as that user)
My guess, it is licensing problem on unity3d plugin.
I have set up a new build server on windows 7 32 bit , with unity 4.1 default license and everything run flawlessly.
