Roy,

The plugin is supposed to execute the exact same operation. So this is weird.

Other questions to understand your setup

  • are you running in a master/slave setup ?
  • are you running Jenkins as a special user ? How was jenkins installed ?
  • could you please compare the editor.log output when running from the command line and the one when running from jenkins ? It will be copied into the jenkins console? Also make sure that when running jenkins you find the editor.log in the same location (if jenkins runs as a different user, try running the command line as that user)
