Could you show builds directory contents and an excerpt of the jenkins.log logging completion of the builds? How long are those builds running each? Why is their completion dependent on jobC in the description? What is the configuration of jobA (i.e. what build steps, post-build steps, etc.)? Also, The number of running jobA should be bigger than number set in Max # of builds to keep is there a situation other than what seems to be a nonsensical configuration that this issue occurs in? I'm trying to determine what priority this should be.
