Hiya,

Does the Jenkins log not tell you anything?
You could as first step move all plugin files, delete the respective 
folders in the plugins-folder and restart Jenkins. This would tell if a 
plugin is causing the problem. If this works simply move the plugins in 
smaller steps back to the plugins folder and restart Jenkins until you have 
found the culprit.
I think quickest method is simply to secure all relevant configuration 
files from Jenkins, clean out the Jenkins and Plugins directory and 
re-install Jenkins.
Validate the proper functionality of Jenkins and re-install the plugins.
