the problem seem to be related with many build.xml files and user.xml that
reference the cigame plugin - every xml file produces an error. so i
reinstalled the plugin and all errors are gone. there was another error
from chromedriver plugin - i unistalled it.
now i have a clean log:
"

but the problem persists: most of config elements are missing. are there
other option then clean reinstall jenkins - i don't want to loose the
config and build history.
