Can you check the RTT and PL graphs for this hosts?
because this can also be caused by packet Loss issues from the JFFNMS Server to the target hosts.


Also, a good test will be add more than 3 subinterface to the JFFNMS Server and monitor itself, that way you avoid the network problems, and if it happens again, I'm guessing a NET-SNMP problem, we'll see.
