Jesus,

Most of agents do not support 64 Bit counters.

And when jffnms is used with either SNMPv2 or v3, we poll for the 64 bit 
counters.

So, it seems like the windows agent do not support 64 bit counters, so theres no
point in using SNMPv2 or SNMPv3, stick to SNMPv1 and it will work.
