I am using mrtg to watch the bandwidth on the T1's at each of my locations.
Jffnms will do this won't it?
Also is there any benefits to jffnms over nagios, opennms?
I am in a strictly windows shop and the only one who knows anything about linux or wants to. I wanted to use jffnms to monitor my routers and use the syslog and tacacs capabilities. I'd appreciate any information to make an informed decision on what to do.
We've got what's up gold monitoring all the network equipment but that's going to be useless for my routers when I upgrade to snmpv3. Thanks for any help.
How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.
