will it work well with snmpv3 i can't see how it wouldn't since it's on a linux box.  Also the bandwidth monitoring, is it pretty easy to read?  My bosses use mrtg quite a bit. and some of the bean counters.

Yep, JFFNMS will do what you want. It monitors most stuff using SNMP,
so it can monitor all of your cisco stuff, including windows boxes if
you have SNMP installed on 'em (disk drive space, cpu load, etc etc).

I've never attempted to install it on windows, but apparently it's possible.
