Are you running a recent version of jfsutils (jfs_fsck -V)?  The latest
version is 1.1.3.  I ask because I noticed you ran xpeek.  We renamed
xpeek to be jfs_debugfs quite a while ago, although an old xpeek may
still be on your system even if you have the later jfsutils.

What output do you get from fsck -f?
