I have had this same problem since using JAWS 15. I am running windows 8.0 32-bit. I use the "hotkey" combo in order to get JAWS started after I log in.
Maybe someone has another solution. In the jaws window>options>basics, I made sure run jaws after logon was checked, as well as to run at the logon screen. JAWS is doing just fine with running at the logon, but as soon as I type my password, then hit enter, jaws won't automatically start. I manually am having to go to the run dialog and type jaws15, then hit enter. Is this a known issue with JAWS 15 in combination with Windows 8.1? Is there a little trick to get this to work? Like I said, it works fine on the actual lock screen and on the logon screen, but yeah. Chris. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
