That works in 2010. In 2013 I have a message tab, right arrow to a
file button, then a home tab, folder tab ... and *no *stinkin' *insert *tab.

Arrow down once to get to the lower ribbon. You'll land on the "include"
submenu even though JAWS doesn't announce it for some reason. Once you've
done this, right arrow once and you should hear "attach file".
