Another way (which works with any mail program so long as it's your
default), is to find the file you want to attach in My Documents or
wherever you have it saved. Use the applications key to "right-click"
the file, arrow down to "Send To Submenu" and then choose Mail
Recipient. This will open a new message in your default mail program
with the file (or files) preattached.
