I'm running jaws 15 and IE10. I was running the 64 bit version of IE with
this happening frequently. I read a note that some sites don't work
properly with the 64 bit version and switched back to the 32 bit version.

The crashes are still happening but appear to be less frequent.

There may be a correlation between loading pages and alt-tabbing away from
the site causing the problem. I notice this frequently but it may be that
the problem has already happened before I try to tab away.

Subject: JFW and IE errors.

Hi folks! I'm working with a gentlemen who is having issues with IE
crashing on him. He was using Internet Explorer Version 8.0, and we
switched him to Version 9.0. Unfortunately this has not totally eliminated
the crashing. I'll try to describe what is going on as best I can here. He
tells me that he'll be doing his normal job duties, when a message comes up
on the screen, telling him that Internet Explorer has stopped working, or
has encountered an error. When he clicks close, he often times loses
speech. Most of the time, he ends up having to reboot the system. I have
advised him to reset the IE settings, and start from scratch. Besides this,
I wondered if anyone had any suggestions as to what I could do to help him.
He is using JAWS 14.0.9002. He's not able to update to version 15. Based
on my experiences, this is more about IE than it is with JAWS, but it has an
affect on how JAWS performs.
