Gary, Thanks for posting this cautionary note. It reminds me to be very, very careful when FS's tech service people glibly instruct callers to do this or that to their systems. Sometimes the instruction may solve a JAWS problem, but at the cost of causing some other disruption. This is why I almost always submit my JAWS queries to FS by email rather than call. That way I can evaluate the advice without feeling pressured with a live person waiting for me to get on with it.
