WordWeb. There's a free or paid version I think. I've used it for years, and
it still works well. You do get a funny periodic nag message about stating
how many flights you have taken in a year, but just use the Jaws cursor to
say none, and it's happy. I have never figured out that prompt, but it's
what the dev has done with it. Here's the link.
