I got a Compaq Presario 1234 notebook with a Neo-Magic video chipset for my
christmas
and it works all-in-all fine. No major problems except for the usual focus
problems in Windows 98 and some problems when trying to read the bodies of
webpages and Outlook Express messages after the notebook has been in
stand-by mode. This is usually solved by unloading JfW and either IE and OE
then reloading both. I'm using 8 by 6 resolution and 256 colours with JfW
3.2.019.
