Hi Vic,
The key you need to tell text attributes and styles is Insert+Fc. If you
want pixel position to help in orientation use Alt+Delete. This is not
real exact in terms of exactly where you are, but it gives you some idea if
you check several positions and get a general idea of the numbers on the
screen.
I can't help you with the rest. I prefer to use a DOS screenreader in DOS.
