Hi,

The insert-F command will provide the information you seek in Word.  That's
the insert on the numeric pad in combination with letter F.  Your other
questins sound much more complex.  If there is someone in your area such as
a training center that teaches JFW, you might wish to contact them as well
as this list.  Good luck.
