I don't know who you corresponded with at Henter-Joyce but the problem with
the two deadly words is an Eloquence software Synthesizer problem not a JFW
problem. We have recently received an updated version of the Eloquence
Synthesizer and are in the process of testing it. It will be posted on our
web site shortly as soon as the testing is complete. The patch to go to
build 31 has nothing to do with this problem.
