steven i call it being unorganised.
all people calling in with bugs should be sent to the same person at hj.
hj tech support is based on some crazy notation that one person can do it all
on the tec side.
could one imagen how tec support would be at microsoft if the person
responsible for word was also responsible for all other applications.
