hmmm. well I'm sorry for being mad at you but I get really annoyed when
someone from support tells me the bug has been fixed and to go to the
software download page to download something that I already have on my hard
disk and have installed. My original message I asked weather it would do
any good to deliberately reproduce the bug to crash my computer, reboot,
then forward the resulting .rpt file to support. Then they tell me they
have a fix, and that I must go to this url to download it, which is simply
not true, yet. That's what I call bad company practise!
I can't for the life of me remember the name of the person who I got the
email from, but when I do I promise I'll let you know!
