Do you mean have the application pause for that delay to compensate for it,
or do you mean is there a means of setting it with a batch file procedure?
Don't know on both counts, but I haven't noticed it causing any problems
when set as default 0 rather than 2, but I've never tried downloading a file
with a dos communication program, then Alt+Tab back into Windows.
