Hello Jeff,
Did you also get the plug-in for the Acrobat Reader? There is a link to the
Adobe website from the JFW Mailing list to get it if you don't have it.
Download this file and following the instructions for installation.
after opening the Acrobat reader, use ctrl-q to get the the accessible
screen and use ctrl-down arrow and you should be on your way to reading the
entire pdf file.
