No, I don't see the .ddx files in the zip that I downloaded. The scripts
that I downloaded were from the hj site. Are we talking about the same
scripts?

I do not believe that the naturally speaking program needs to be run. I
don't exactly remember what is in the script package, but there may be some
.ddx files that you will need to import into dragon dictate. This will give
dragon the ability to understand jfw commands and provide audio clues to
wake up and put the microphone to sleep. Are these .ddx files in your
script package? They are called jfw.ddx and internet.ddx.
