Dear listers As the subject of this letter suggests, I use a 20-cell Alva model 3 braille display with JFW version 3.2. I work in a Windows 95 environment. For e-mail, I use Lotus Notes. I find that JAWS does not work as well as I would like it to in this package. If anybody uses Lotus Notes I would appreciate your suggestions as to how I can improve the configuration of JAWS for this specific package. I also find that I cannot move around very easily with the braille display keys; the braille display lags behind. This problem is accentuated when I am surfing the internet.
