Hi Lenny,
As JFW and keyboard users, at the Start Menu we would press p to get into
"Programs/Accessories". (Windows Explorer is in the Accessories Sub-Menu.
In the Accessories,a few presses of the w key will bring us to Windows
Explorer upon which we press enter. We then have a Listview and a
Treeview, the Treeview being the root or closed folders and the Listview
being the list of files and/or subfolders opened within a root or expanded
folder. By pressing alt+v you get into the View menu, and then pressing i
brings up Arrange Icons Submenu where arrowing down you've got four ways
for viewing
files: by nname (alphabetic); by type; by size. by date (from oldest to
most recent); in ascending order. If the toolbar happens to be checked, we
get a "combo-box"; it is best to uncheck that. Hope this is of some help.
