I have this problem and I am not even running any of those programs. The
other day I was on microsoft chat, and twice this happened. Speech just
stopped, I had to reboot twice, finally I just avoided microsoft chat, but
it has uappened with a nother program I can't remember what it was. BTW I
am using jfw 3.20.31 also.
