I agree but it would be better to identify the cause.  My question to you
all, who have been having this significant problem, is:
Do you all use SSILEXE.EXE?

If so, then the problem is with the above and not with JFW 3.2.

In my case I feel SSIlEXE.EXE is causing the havoc.
