Hi there,
This happens to me too much on the laptop and sometimes on my desktop. I
usually sit and wait, say a few choice words, hit the control key a few
times (not sure why but theorise that it might help) and usually the
computer starts talking again soon - much sooner on the desktop than laptop.
I think this has actually become more of a problem for me with the latest
version of JFW so I'll CC this to HJ for their thoughts/attention. From
the many posts here, we all seem to conclude that we're having this problem
with JFW 3.20.31 and Eudora is not always running.
BTW: The laptop is running Keynote Multimedia or Eloquence and the desktop
usually runs on Dectalk Express, though I have other synths installed.
