I have always run evmove from my a drive, namely:
a:evmove c: a: /b
and it works from there.
I am not sure about the /b switch, going from memory, I thought it was
/c--but could be very wrong.
If that doesn't work, try running a:hjauth. It is a windows based program
that gives you several options, one of which is to move your authorization
key.
It seems that with newer keys this works real well, while with older keys it
is the pits.
