I have this problem at home (not at work).  It seems to happen in a very
unusual situation though.  I have outlook express set-up to connect to the
internet when I send outgoing e-mails.  Sometimes this seems to cause the
problem (when replying to A message).  This problem also seems to occur on
exiting some appplications when they lose the focus.  I hope this helps to
add additional info.
