Right click on the headers (subject or from...) at the top and go to the
"format columns" settings. There are various settings there for how
attachments are shown. Then you can add a dictionary entry so that JFW says
attachment.

:Subject: Attachments-Recognizing Them In Outlook98
:
:
:Hi, Listers.
:Does anyone have any suggestions on how to tell if you have attachments in
:outlook98?
:I'v found the attachment icon to be unrecognized by JFW. I tried changing
:the settings that allow JFW to recognize a shorter and narrower icon, but
:this didn't help.
:Since it doesn't show up even as an unlabeled graphic, I can't use the
:graphics wizzard to label it.
:
:I'd like to be able to do things:
:1. Know that a message has an attachment with it.
:and 2. Be able to open and read the attachment without needing to save it
:first.
:
:Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
