Hello,
I've also experienced this problem with JFW and Outlook98. Often the insert+a does
not find the attachments. I've resolved this problem by invoking the jaws cursor and
pointing to the bottom of the message. When you find the file with a .doc extention,
for example, double click the left mouse button, or numpad star, and the attachment
will open if you have the appropriate file format.
Hope this helps,
Jeff Cato

Subject: Attachments-Recognizing Them In Outlook98
Hi, Listers.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to tell if you have attachments in
outlook98?
I'v found the attachment icon to be unrecognized by JFW. I tried changing
the settings that allow JFW to recognize a shorter and narrower icon, but
this didn't help.
Since it doesn't show up even as an unlabeled graphic, I can't use the
graphics wizzard to label it.
I'd like to be able to do things:
1. Know that a message has an attachment with it.
and 2. Be able to open and read the attachment without needing to save it
first.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
