In addition to using shift+tab when you first open the
message to go back to the list box of attachments (if you
have any).
You can also route jaws to pc, which will put the jaws
cursor in the message body and begin moving down until you
hear
"down arrow"
"up arrow"
and then read something like this (I used a message with an
attachment)
FWD: The
Letter (...
if you find something similar to the above, go to the file
menu and move down to "save attachments..." and press enter.

Subject: Attachments-Recognizing Them In Outlook98
Hi, Listers.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to tell if you have
attachments in
outlook98?
I'v found the attachment icon to be unrecognized by JFW. I
tried changing
the settings that allow JFW to recognize a shorter and
narrower icon, but
this didn't help.
Since it doesn't show up even as an unlabeled graphic, I
can't use the
graphics wizzard to label it.
I'd like to be able to do things:
1. Know that a message has an attachment with it.
and 2. Be able to open and read the attachment without
needing to save it
first.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
