I went to the page after reading about it in a newsletter. I figured I
could put up with the advertising if my ISP was down or something.
I filled out all the forms. They required all kinds of information,
income, address, age, sex, basically everything that any marketing person
would want.
After going through their forms you get a message saying that this is still
an experimental system and they currently only operate in a couple cities,
but they will file the information and notify you of when the service might
be availabel in your area.
Basically, I'm kicking myself in the hind quarters for giving them all that
info without knowing for sure that they were even available.
So far, my opinion is that I'm going to get tons of junk email, and never
see them in operation anywhere near me.
