You press alt+a and you will be prompted, "Add to Favorites"
on the site you are in, , then press Enter. In IE4.01, you will be
presented with some more options, like whether you want to download the
page for off-line viewing, or only get updates when the page is updated.
Arrow to the one you want, it doesn't really matter which.
