Hi Walter,

In IE4, hit Alt-A for favorites, then hit enter on add to favorites.  Tab
over once or twice and you will hear the name of the page.  You will
probably want your own name, so hit the delete key to clear the info, type
in what you wish, and hit enter.  That should do it.
